Nat(o)ure

The hike leads into the nature - many plants and flowers, as well as the 1000 year old oak can bei discovered on this tour.

Starting point is the information office in the center of Bad Blumau. The tour leads along the main road south outward from the village towards Bierbaum. At the "Storchenwiese" enjoy the panoramic view of Bad Blumau. Follow a short stretch of road then turn right at the beginning of the forest. At the top, turn left into the forest. Along the edge of the forest with lots of herbs we head towards "Bierbaumer Eichenweg". Here you get to the right a bit uphill. Passing revitalized farms, you come to the 1000-year-old oak tree. Stop at the power place under the treetop (average approx. 50 m) and take a break at the picnic area. Follow the path to Loimeth (forest edge and forest) and listen to the sounds of trees and birds. At the end of the forest, turn right to discover the village of Loimeth. At the intersection, turn right and then left into the "Eichelweg" out of town. Then it goes to the next power place - the geomantischen stone. Then turn right towards Blumauberg. Just before the end of the forest, turn left along the forest path. At the water tank, it goes over the forest path back to the parish church of St. Sebastian. About the gravel road in front of the church downhill back to the village well.
