W3 Romans wine trail
Length: about 8 km
Even the ancient Romans felt comfortable in the region around Bad Waltersdorf. Walk in the footsteps of the Romans! Information boards along the way give you new insights into the kingdom of the Romans and the wine.
The starting point is the Hotel Der Steirerhof Bad Waltersdorf.
At the hotel gate turn right in the direction of Wagerberg, at the crossroads turn left. Then always straight out to Wagerbergberg. At the end of the village turn left along the main road, after the forest turn left again and it goes downhill to Bad Waltersdorf. Via the Bründlgasse you come to the Heiltherme, where you turn right into the Hinterfeldweg and go to Elektro-Buchberger. Left into the forest road to Buschenschank Pichler. Immediately you have reached the Steirerhof.
