W5 Hohenbruggerweg
Length: about 15 km
From Bad Waltersdorf to Hohenbrugg through forests along meadows to the center comes back into view.
The starting point is the Hotel Der Steirerhof Bad Waltersdorf.
At the hotel gate on the left, past the Heiltherme Bad Waltersdorf and over the Bründlgasse and the Schulstraße to the information office. At the Mariensäule turn left into the Hintergasse and after 200 m turn right into the Buchgrabenweg slightly uphill towards the motorway. There along the flat path to Hohenbrugg. At the end of town right and on forest road to Waltersdorfberg. After the forest you have a short stretch of road and then it goes slightly downhill through the forest towards the motorway underpass - then 2 times right - back to Bad Waltersdorf. Via Schulstraße and Bründlgasse you will return to the Heiltherme and then to the Steirerhof.
